Nothing. If all you’ve got is your bodyweight, then we can make that work.
That said, having access to a pull up bar, a set of gymnastic rings and some kettlebells would be advantageous.
No. You really don’t. A few bits of equipment at home is all you need to transform your body.
Of course, if you want to train from a gym and work with me then you can do that too.
Again, it depends. It depends on whether you consistently follow the program. It depends whether you do the work required of you. It depends how much you want to transform your body.
