Push-ups are the most underrated movement in existence.
Done correctly, they work your chest, shoulders, triceps and abs hard.
A fantastic upper body strength movement that can be modified easily to suit your current fitness level.
Unfortunately, most people do them wrong and as a result don’t get the full benefit from them.
So here’s a short tutorial showing you HOW to do them correctly and showing you some best pushup tips and tricks.
What is your opinion on looking forward while doing push ups as opposed to looking down?
I’ve never seen this technique before. Going to try it, looks to give more benefit than the standard push-up. Thanks.
Update: Tried it this morning, a little more difficult but more effective than standard push up. Good stuff.
