How to build strong, muscular hamstrings using JUST your bodyweight


If you want to build strong, muscular legs without going to the gym, this is a great exercise for you to try.

In this video, you will learn a simple but very effective exercise that will help you build your hamstrings (back of the leg) and your butt.

These two muscle groups are harder to train without weights but this bodyweight move works your hamstrings hard WITHOUT any equipment.

I recommend working with sets of 10-20 reps. 2-4 sets is optimal depending on your goals.
